MPH - Apologise for the mistakes

Thanks to Gareth Pritchard for conducted a review of MPH. We are so embarrassed that we made a stupid mistakes by using vertical instead of horizontal in our online instructions. It is inevitably our responsibility to keep all words in instruction as clear as possible. We are deeply sorry for the misleading instruction and have made immediate correction.
